Yes. If the call is missed and the shift is still open, the AI automatically retries the aide up to three times over 20 minutes.

What happens when it reaches voicemail?

The AI leaves a brief voicemail with the shift details and a call-back number. It then moves on to the next aide and schedules a follow-up call.
